This woman in her 50's lost 75 pounds following a gastric sleeve. She also had had a number of children. She underwent abdominoplasty at which time over 8 pounds of skin and fat were removed. The muscles were tightened 9-10 cm. Postop photos are at 6 months. She is down almost 10 lbs, and she is down 8 inches at her hips! She looks and feels great!
