This San Antonio woman in her early forties had had a couple children with no plans for more.

She sought improvement in her loose abdominal skin.

She underwent straightforward abdominoplasty, at which time 2655 grams of tissue (5.8 pounds) was removed, and her fascia was sewn up about 11cm.

Postoperatively she did well. She looks and feels great!

She is down 9 pounds, and she lost 5.5 inches at her belly button.
