This patient came to see Dr. Decherd with saline implants that had been placed by another surgeon 20 years ago. She was dissatisfied with the size and shape and was ready to replace them but was hoping to avoid getting a lift. Upon consulting with Dr. Decherd, she was very pleasantly surprised that he could do the necessary adjustments on the inside in order to avoid additional scarring. With Dr. Decherd's guidance, the patient opted for wider implants to achieve better cleavage. During surgery, Dr. Decherd placed 550cc high profile implants bilaterally. The patient was extremely pleased with her results and with the entire process!
