This South Texas woman in her 50’s had had 4 children. She was hoping to rejuvenate her breasts and abdomen. Although she might have been able to forego a lift, she wanted improvement of her breast sag as well as adding a small amount of volume. Thus, she opted for a low-profile type implant with a breast lift, as well as an abdominoplasty. At surgery she had over 10 lb removed from her tummy and had the muscles sewn up 10 cm. Postop she has lost 3.75 inches at her waist. She feels great!
