This patient was seeking to restore her body back after pregnancies. During her consultation with Dr. Decherd, they decided on a tummy tuck and breast lift with augmentation. The patient decided on 375 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants along with her breast lift. During her surgery, her abdominal muscle fascia (which was 8 cm separated), was repaired creating a more hourglass shape, and excess skin and fat was removed. Her implants were placed and then the breasts were lifted and shaped around them. Her scars are still maturing and will fade nicely. She looks more youthful and loves her new shape!
