This African-American woman in her 40’s sought larger breasts. She had had 2 children and lost some volume with pregnancy. In her sizing, she selected high-profile silicone implants, which for her base width was 450 cc. She had an uncomplicated submuscular breast augmentation via the inframammary fold. She looks and feels great! Photos postop 9 weeks.
