This fit woman in her 40’s had had three children and lost breast volume. She sought to restore and perhaps enhance that which she had previously had. She initially selected medium profile implants but reconsidered and went with the high profile implants, which for her width was 450cc. She had a uneventful postop course. Now she looks and feels great!
