Breast Augmentation #12546

This woman in her late 20’s had breast fed two children. She sought not only restoration of her volume but some additional enhancement as well. In preoperative education and sizing she selected high profile silicone breast implants, which for her base width was 550 cc. She was close to needing a lift, but opted against it. She is fine without it. She had an uneventful postoperative course and is very happy! Pictures are postop 3 months.
