This San Antonio woman in her 40’s sought larger, fuller breasts. She had lost a lot of volume with pregnancy She was concerned that she might need a breast lift. In sizing and education, she selected high profile silicone implants, which for her base width was 550 cc. We decided that she did not need a breast lift. She had uneventful surgery, with the implants going in through the breast crease and going under the muscle. Postop 6 months she is very happy! She looks and feels great!
