Procedure: Breast Revision

This woman had saline implants placed via the armpit elsewhere. When she laid down they fell off onto her sides. We switched her 450cc saline implants to 650cc silicone implants that were wider and fit her base diameter (breast width) more appropriately. Also the lateral pocket was closed off so they do not fall to the side when laying down. They feel more natural, and the correct width improves the aesthetics. She also had a full abdominoplasty with muscle plication. She had had 2 kids and was unable to tighten her abdomen through exercise.
