Procedure: Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, Mommy Makeover

This San Antonio woman in her 20’s had had one child and plans for no more. She sought improvement of her breasts and abdomen following pregnancy. She selected midrange profile silicone breast implants, which for her base width came to the 457cc implant.

At surgery she underwent breast augmentation and tummy tuck. The fascia was tightened 7-8 cm. 442 grams of tissue plus 225 mL of lipoaspirate was removed.

Postop she has lost almost 4 inches at her belly-button. She looks and feels great!
