Procedure: Mommy Makeover, Breast Augmentation With Lift, Tummy Tuck

This woman in her 50’s had previously had two children. She sought improvement of her breasts and abdomen. She selected medium profile implants, which for her breast width were 700cc. At surgery about 5.5 pounds were removed (although about 3 pounds of implant were added). The fascia was sewn up 10 cm in the midline. A lift was done at the same time as the implant. Postop 3 months she is down 13 lbs. She lost 4 inches at her waist, 3 inches at her belly-button, and 6 inches at her hips! She looks and feels great!
