This patient in her mid 40’s wanted to achieve a sleeker contour and help even out and inflate her breasts. After an in-depth discussion with Dr. Decherd and weighing her options, she decided on a full abdominoplasty and a breast augmentation with a lift on her left side. The patient chose 320 cc low plus profile silicone gel implants to inflate her breasts. Her abdominal muscles were repaired, and excess skin was removed.
