    This mother of 3 in her early 40’s came to Dr. Isakson to discuss some areas she wished to improve. She wanted to restore volume to her breasts and wanted to contour her torso and thighs. After discussing her goals and concerns and examining her, Dr. Isakson suggested a breast augmentation with a small implant to give the patient the modest amount of fullness she wanted, and some liposuction to contour. The patient still had great skin elasticity, which made her an excellent candidate for liposuction. During surgery she received low plus profile 280 cc silicone gel implants which the patient previously chose at her pre-operative appointment. Dr. Isakson carefully contoured her torso and thighs with liposuction. Thanks to Dr. Isakson, all of these subtle changes work together to create a beautiful new silhouette the patient is elated with!
