This pleasant patient was referred to Dr. Michael Decherd through several friends. The case features a 25-year-old female who underwent breast augmentation with 485 cc full profile silicone gel implants placed submuscularly through inframammary incisions. She chose her implant size pre-operatively with the help of Dr. Decherd and his staff. Initially presenting with a pre-operative bra size of A, the patient's post-operative bra size is now D, which met her goals perfectly. The before and after images illustrate an increase in breast volume and a change in breast contour. The surgical approach aimed to achieve a natural enhancement while respecting the proportions of the patient’s physique.
