Breast Augmentation #21603

This case involves a 25-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michael Decherd at San Antonio Plastic Surgery Institute. Through the sizing process pre-operatively, along with help from Dr. Decherd, the patient chose Allergan 445cc moderate profile silicone gel implants. The pre-operative bra size was A, and the goal was to achieve a post-operative size C. The implants were placed submuscularly through inframammary incisions. Three months post-operation, the images exhibit an increase in breast volume and enhanced chest contour. The positioning of the implants has contributed to a natural appearance with respect to the patient’s proportions. The healing process was without complication and the patient was ecstatic with her outcome! This result illustrates the changes in breast size and shape achievable with precise surgical techniques and skill.
