She had fat transfer to the buttocks, but her abdomen was left looking wrinkled and lumpy. She also felt her breasts were too large for her chest and were beginning to sag. Dr. Isakson recommended a breast lift with a small reduction of less than 50 grams per side, as well as a revision full tummy tuck.
