Procedure: Breast Revision

This patient previously had a breast augmentation with saline implants and was never quite happy about the lateral positioning. She came to see Dr. Michael Decherd about her options. After listening to her goals, Dr. Decherd explained to the patient that he could perform a lateral capsulopexy (sewing the pocket off on the inside) to help get her implants in a more central position and create better cleavage. The patient also opted to switch from saline to 415 cc full profile silicone gel implants. She is ecstatic with her new look and couldn’t be happier with the change!
