After undergoing gastric bypass surgery, this lovely patient lost a total of 130 lbs. This, in combination with several pregnancies, left her with loose skin and a stretched out body wall. She also wished to perk up and add volume to her breasts. After meeting with Dr. Michael Decherd, she decided on a full tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, and a breast lift with implants. The patient chose 400 cc low plus profile silicone gel implants to help fill out the upper pole of the breasts along with her lift. During her abdominal surgery, her muscle fascia was tightened by 8-9 cm, and loose skin was removed. Her scars will fade over time, but she’s already overjoyed with her new look!
