With the guidance of Dr. Decherd, the patient decided on a breast augmentation and full tummy tuck. She was pleasantly surprised that she didn’t need a breast lift. After the sizing process, the patient decided on 650cc high profile silicone gel implants. The patient wanted to keep a low incision for her tummy tuck, but also wanted the benefits of a full tummy tuck, so has a small vertical component.
