Procedure: Breast Revision

This patient had a previous breast augmentation 18 years prior by another physician. At the time, saline implants were placed. After going through pregnancies, her breasts underwent changes and she was ready to have them replaced. She sought the expertise of Dr. Decherd to remove the old saline implants and replace them with silicone gel implants. Dr. Decherd deflated her saline implants in a simple quick procedure, which enabled her to go through the sizing process to see what best suits her. Along with the help of a staff member, she chose moderate profile 375cc silicone gel implants. The implants fit her petite frame well and help to fill in the cleavage. She loves her new look and is so happy with her results!
