This woman in her late 40’s sought a Mommy Makeover, or reversal of the changes brought on by pregnancy. She has 2 children. For her, this led to a full abdominoplasty and a breast augmentation. She wanted to reinflate her breasts, and she selected the lowest profile silicone breast implants, which for her breast width ended up being 450 cc. At surgery 1369 grams of tissue was removed from her tummy and the body wall was tightened about 8 cm. Postop she has done well. She has lost 4.5 inches at her belly-button.
