After losing nearly 100 lbs., this patient in her 50’s was ready to address her excess abdominal skin and sagging breasts. At the time of her consultation, the patient and Dr. Isakson felt she had enough breast tissue to forgo the use of an implant, so he recommended a breast lift with full tummy tuck. During surgery, Dr. Isakson found the patient’s abdominal fascia was separated by 10 cm. He repaired the fascia and removed the excess skin. Her breasts were lifted, and nipples repositioned to give a more youthful appearance. Her belly button already looks fantastic, with no obvious scar! Her breast and tummy tuck scars will continue to fade over time. The patient is more than pleased with her new and improved silhouette!
